White Dishes

I love browsing through magazines and via clipping ensembles of white dishes.  They are fabulous to view, fabulous to collect and fabulous to use.  I just don't have room for these fabulous dish cabinets.  So I made do....

I love the antique dishes!

This photo makes me drool!
I *heart* *heart* the pitchers.

I decided to make my own.
I went thrifting and found these two pitchers for $1.50 a piece
and the center pedestal bowl for $1 - score!

I gave them a couple coats of Rust-oleum Satin Heirloom white spray paint.
Oh, they are LOVELY!

I took the doors off one set of cabinets to display my dishes.

I made my own white dish ensemble above the mud room lockers.

All dishes are finds at the local thrift store.
The pedestal bowl is in the center.
The three large bowls on the left are 1962 Hall dinnerware - an awesome find for $1 a piece.
I love mismatched white dinnerware.
*drool - drool -swipe*
This is only the beginning!
